Imported Items
Items like Laptops, Xbox, and imported hardware and few other categories are imported from USA, hence it takes 2-3 weeks to reach, we take 100% advance for those items. Delivery timings are written in the specs for each item or our Call Center agent will communicate once the order is placed
Please open and check the product in front of courier staff.
Xcentric Services will not take any responsibility if the package is empty or damaged afterwards.
We only deliver via top courier companies of Pakistan such as DHL, TCS, Leopards and Call Courier.
It might take 1-5 business days to reach shippment depending on the size and weight of the product. Usually items heavier than 5KG's Laptops, Desktops, servers, tablets, gaming stations, Large Printers, Desktop computers, Projector Screens, take more days. Some items are not available for COD, we take 50% advance to confirm orders for COD.
For licenses
- All payments are quoted in USD or PKR.
- All payments shall be made subject to the deduction of Withholding Tax and any other deductions required such as GST, VAT , etc.
- Client will buy additional licenses (if required) to remain compliant as this is sole responsibility of client.
- All Servers, SQL and OS licenses will be the responsibility of client.
- Licenses will be renewed within 2-3 days from the date of the order, along with advance payment.
- To the full extent allowed by Law, Xcentric Services, excludes itself for any incidental, Consequential, Indirect, Special or Punitive damages of any kind or for loss of any revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of Information or Data or other financial losses arising out of or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption of the product or solution implemented.
- In case the customer wants to cancel / amend the order in part or full within 7 days from date of order, the same shall be communicated in writing.
- The customer shall be liable to bear an Order Cancellation Fee of 25% of the value of the Order
- All goods which are ready for shipment within 10 days from date of request of cancellation (in part or full) from the OEMs factory/supplier/distributor will not be cancelled and the customer will have to accept the delivery of the same.
